Mining EPC construction Work. Position: Master Scheduler

Responsibilites: Responsible for the Integrated Master Schedule for all projects run by the corporate office including future development schedules, maintaining and updating the same, Baseline Schedule, resource loading, cost loading , Schedule Review and Crtical Path Analysis, What if schedules of EPC Contractor schedules, Scheduling Procedures and provide training and technical support, guidance for site schedulers and P6 Web administrator for Projects (Cloud implementation using the dedicated database servers hosted by Critigen). 

 

2010 February – 2011 June Tesserasolar – Scottsdale, Arizona

Solar Work. Position: Master Scheduler

Responsibilites: Responsible for the Integrated project schedules for 709 MW Imperial Valley Solar Project and 663 MW Calico Solar Project California. Project includes Construction of Collector System, Substation, Transmission Line, Hydrogen System Generation, Water Supply and Treatment System, Adminstration and Maintencance Building and Individual Compressor Groups consisting Pedestals, Suncatchers and Solar Field construction. Responsible for creating Integrated Master schedule, maintaining and updating the same, target Schedule, resource loading, cost loading , Schedule Review and Analysis of Constractor schedule.

 

2009 November – 2010 January  PCI – Tempe, Arizona

Intel Work. Position: Sr. Project Scheduler

Responsibilites: Responsible for the project schedule for Intel Fab22 - Package B06 Civil, Structural and Architectural scope Chandler, AZ. Project includes SubFab Architectural Demo and construction of New Pads for EC-1, EC-2, MAH  and EXAM , South Scrubber Yard and Spec Gas Dock and PWB Interior, Air Lock Vestibule1 & 2. Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating master Schedule for PCI Scope and Attending Schedule Update meetings.

 

2008 – 2009 Kitchell – Phoenix, Arizona

Casino Work. Position: Sr. Project Scheduler

Responsibilites: Responsible for the project schedule for Wild Horse Pass Casino and Hotel, Chandler, AZ. Project includes construction of  new Casino 125,000 sqft with Theater and new construction of Hotel 10 floors 200,000  sqft. Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating master Schedule, target Schedule, resource loading, cost loading and Schedule Analysis.

 

2006 –2008 Gilbane Building Co.— Phoenix, Arizona

Commericial work. Posistion: Sr.Project Scheduler

Responsiblities: Responsible for the project schedule for Calpoly Eng IV building, Sanlouis Obispo, CA. Project included demolition of existing structructures, building of new three level 150,000 sqft structure. with Lab Spaces and Admin offices. Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating master schedule, target schedule, resource loading, and cost loading. Also assisted Buisness Development team with the proposal schedules. Additional repsonsibilites included Third Party schedule reviews.

 

2005 – 2006  Skanska USA— Summit, NJ

Commercial work. Position: Project Scheduler

Responsibilities as the project scheduler for the Schering Plough Office Renovations & Parking Deck project included renovation of 6 existing administrative office buildings Buildings totaling 441,000 sq. ft.  and expansion of Parking Deck to provide a minimum of 1350 parking spaces.  Responsible for development of the master schedule, target schedule, resource loading, cost loading, updating, maintenance, and regular schedule distrubution.

 

 

 

 

2001 – 2005  FLUOR— Parsippany, NJ/Boston, MA

Commercial work. Position: Project Engineer/Scheduler

Pfizer Parsippany Technical Center (2005) Project inluded renovation of an existing 51,000 sq.ft. 3-story office building, demolition of an existing 35,000 sq.ft.1-story lab building and construction of a 143,000sq.ft Lab which included a Pilot Plant.

Responsible for developing master schedule and updates. Involved in admin of project documents, bid packages, and working with Architect/Engineer/Subcontractors in coordinating the designed drawings, RFI’s, submittals, deviations, and field construction. Additionally, provided training for the project team in using web based Meridian software (Prolog).

Schepens Eye Research Institute (2003-2005) Laboratory Improvements project. Project included laboratory renovations at the largest eye research institute in the country.

Responsible for execution of document management system including  generating submittal register, closeout register, processing submittals, RFI’s, sketches, deviations, updating corresponding logs, schedule updates, maintenance and closeout of the project.

U.S. Consulate Renovations, Sao Paulo, Brazil (2001 - 2003) Project Engineer for renovation of consulate office building and compound.

Responsibilities included execution of project documentation for drawings, processing RFI’s, submittals, closeouts and interaction with A/E and subcontractors.
